There are many factors affecting the flexibility of casters, which can be roughly categorized as follows:

Material quality: on a relatively flat ground, hard materials rotate more flexibly, but on uneven ground, soft wheels are more labor-saving.

Wheel surface size: the smaller the area of contact between the wheel and the ground, the more flexible the rotation, so many wheels are designed with a curved surface, the purpose is to reduce the contact area with the ground.

Bearing type: bearings are generally categorized into: single ball bearings, double ball bearings, roller bearings and so on.

Bearing lubrication: Proper bearing lubrication can reduce friction and improve the rotation efficiency of casters, thus increasing flexibility.

Design structure: The structural design of the caster will also have an impact on its flexibility. For example, the radius, width, shape and connection of the caster will affect its flexibility.
