Equipped with automated production equipment and product assembly lines, specialized laboratories have been established, equipped with various caster detection instruments, and a large amount of manpower and material resources have been invested in the research and development of new products.

What We Do？
Quanzhou Zhuoye Castor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development, production, sales and service of casters, manganese steel casters, regulating feet and trolleys. The product line covers more than 3000 models of medium casters, heavy casters, super heavy casters, low center of gravity casters, regulating feet, hand trolleys, etc. Several products and technologies have obtained national patents and passed ISO, CE and ROSH certifications, and have honorary certificates such as National High-tech Enterprise and Weapons and Equipment Quality Management System Certification.
Applications include machinery and equipment, assembly line equipment, logistics and transportation equipment and cart equipment for hospitals, factories, office buildings, hotels, supermarkets, etc.
Production System
We have automatic production equipment and product assembly lines, 15 sets of injection molding machines, 15 sets of punching machines, 3 sets of hydraulic presses, 2 sets of double-station automatic welding machines, 3 sets of single-station welding machines, 5 sets of automatic riveting machines, 8 continuous casting machine lines and other automatic equipment, set up a laboratory, equipped with a variety of caster testing instruments, invested a lot of manpower and material resources to research and develop new products, the daily output can reach 20000 pieces / day, support ODM&OEM customization, we always adhere to the "quality to win" development strategy, to provide customers with the best quality products and the most professional service.
