Features of 18A Successful Polyurethane Medium-sized Universal Wheel
The inner core of the single wheel is made of polypropylene (PP) imported from Taiwan, and the outer material is polyurethane (TPU), which is tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, rebound, shock-absorbing and cushioning, and durable.
The bracket is made of high quality iron plate, and the upper and lower tracks of the bead plate are made of 65 manganese steel heat-treated to make the rotation of the bracket more wear-resistant, more flexible, and longer service life.
Caster disc and bearings are lubricated with molybdenum disulfide lithium grease, which has outstanding extreme pressure anti-wear properties. Low coefficient of friction, excellent metal surface adsorption and rust resistance, wide range of operating temperature, excellent milk water flushing performance and corrosion resistance, good oxidation resistance and long service life.
As a result of testing by a third-party agency, the appearance grade of caster surface spraying treatment can reach grade 8; the appearance grade of traditional caster surface electrophoresis treatment is only grade 2, and the appearance grade of galvanized treatment is only grade 1.
