Installation instructions for a screw gimbal are super easy!

Universal wheel, in fact, is a kind of casters that we come into contact with in our daily life. Casters according to the rotating system, divided into directional wheel and universal wheel, usually they are used together. Directional wheel is the wheel mounted on the cart fixed bracket, the so-called fixed bracket, is relative to the direction of the cart is fixed, often used to limit the direction of movement of the cart, so that the cart along the straight line direction of movement, a lot of luggage, fishing rods are used in this kind of casters. Steps:

1.Determine where you want to install the gimbals. Typically, the gimbals should be mounted on the bottom four corners of the item. Mark these locations for drilling later.

2. Drill a hole in each corner of the bottom of the item. The holes should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the screws. Make sure to avoid damaging the item when drilling the holes.
3. Insert the bracket of the gimbal into the hole, making sure that the bracket can be rotated. Insert the screw through the bracket and the hole, and then secure the screw with the nut. Please note that the nut should be fixed between the bracket and the bottom of the item so that the gimbal can rotate freely.
4. Repeat the above steps until all four gimbals are installed.
5. After installing the gimbals, please test them to see if they can spin freely. If there are any problems, recheck that each gimbal is installed correctly and retighten the screws and nuts.

When installing the universal wheel, it must be installed in the position specified by the manufacturer in the design, and make sure that the strength of the bracket meets the load bearing capacity in use, so as to avoid overweight in the process of using in the later stage, which will affect the service life of the universal wheel. Universal wheel should always be perpendicular to the movement wheel axis, fixed casters must be in a straight line between their axle, if only use universal wheel, then make sure that they are the same model, if the directional wheel and the universal wheel with the use of the wheel, then make sure that they can be compatible with each other, a reasonable configuration to ensure that it can be used normally.
