Introduction:

We are a professional manufacturer of manganese steel casters, adjustable feet, and handcarts, specializing in research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service in the field of casters for 15 years.

The heavy-duty nylon casters are made of PA6 nylon material and molded in one injection molding. Nylon PA6 has high load-bearing strength, high tensile strength, good toughness, compressive strength, and excellent wear resistance. Nylon PA6 has a relatively high water absorption rate. As the newly produced product is relatively fragmented, it needs to be left for about 15 days or boiled in water to meet the toughness requirements. Our casters are treated with spray molding, which is more effective than traditional galvanizing treatment.

Available in four sizes of 4/5/6/8 inch, with a maximum single wheel load capacity of 610KG
