The inner core of heavy-duty PU casters is made of cast iron, and the outer material is polyurethane, which has excellent performance such as impact resistance, high load-bearing capacity, acid and alkali resistance, and shock absorption. The grease of our casters and bearings is made of Molybdenum disulfide lithium grease, and the casters’ square plates are made of high-quality low-alloy steel plates. After heat treatment, the casters have the characteristics of high wear resistance and high strength.

There are four sizes to choose from, with sizes of 4/5/6/8 inches and a maximum singlewheel carrying capacity of 610KG.
